Blinds by Jason Reittinger Inc exemplifies excellent customer service. Jayson and his team coordinated full replacement of four blinds at no cost, after one was found to be defective. The geared drive on the defective blind was installed by another vendor some time ago. Repairs or replacement of the defective blind that would match the remaining door panels was not possible. Blinds By Jason is a throwback to what great customer service and impeccable craftsmanship used to be, which is rarely offered today. They offer excellent communication, very fair pricing, and high-quality products. I would use them again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I am currently working with their sister company, Roll-screens of FL, by Jason. The owner, Jason, will get on the phone with you if needed, and the staff is nothing short of phenomenal. Amazing Company!
