I have been using Jason for my plantation shutters since 2010. He and his staff have been polite and professional, prompt and responsive to questions, orders, delivery and installation. As the shutters have aged I have had a few issues which were addressed promptly and without additional charges. I have also received parts at no charge for repairs I could do myself. I highly recommend this organization.

Blinds by Jason is a great company. They did all the plantation shutters for my house and roller shades for my patio. The shades are 8 years old and look like new and work perfectly. I just had a few plastic holders for the magnetic closers in my blinds break and Blinds by Jason gave me replacements. They stand behind all their work and products

Jason installed our blinds about 13 years ago. Over the years, the hot sun deteriorated the magnet housing that holds the shutters closed. I called to pick up some new magnets and when I got there, the staff at Blinds by Jason did not charge for the replacement pieces and sent me on my way. Our shutters have endured 13 years in the hot sun and taken a beating, but look as good as the day they were installed. Great company to deal with excellent service long after the initial sale!
