Everything went smoothly from consultation appointment to installation. Dave was great at answering all my questions, and explaining the product features and options. The product is remarkable! I love the convenience of the motorized shades. I like that I can still enjoy the natural light from my windows without excessive heat. I feel better knowing that my furniture is protected from UV rays. I will definitely be a returning customer.
We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Blinds by Design. They were so thorough and noticed all the details that made the difference in our blinds. We had asked them to replace blinds that we had from another company that didn't function properly and they immediately understood what the problem was and offered a solution. I cannot recommend Dave and team enough!
