We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Blinds by Design. They were so thorough and noticed all the details that made the difference in our blinds. We had asked them to replace blinds that we had from another company that didn't function properly and they immediately understood what the problem was and offered a solution. I cannot recommend Dave and team enough!

Dave and Rick were great to work with at Blinds by Design. They put automatic blinds in our new home build. They weren't pushy or trying to up-sell us but were very clear in communication and answered all our questions. After install we had some issues with the blinds sticking and not working quite right. They came out promptly and re-installed where needed. Now they work great! Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service.
