Dave and Rick were great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and professional. Whenever we have had an issue, they always came out and fixed the problem. The products are great. We love our blinds.
Very high quality service. Dave and Rick were 10/10–respectful and thorough. You’re paying for nice blinds and they make sure they are worth the price you pay. Also they were very helpful and responsive when we needed some adjustments to be made after installation.
Dave and Rick were great to work with at Blinds by Design. They put automatic blinds in our new home build. They weren't pushy or trying to up-sell us but were very clear in communication and answered all our questions. After install we had some issues with the blinds sticking and not working quite right. They came out promptly and re-installed where needed. Now they work great! Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service.
Dave and Randy were great! They paid attention to what we were looking for and offered suggestions. They came multiple times to make sure everything was exactly right. They were very professional. The blinds are high quality hunter douglas. We looked with 5 different companies and they offered the highest quality at the best price. On top of that the process was seamless. Highly recommend.
I have worked with Dave and several times over the past 10 years and have never had anything but a great experience.
