I have had the same problem with this lady where I paid for what she asked and I didn’t have my curtains. I countless times contacted her she said she paid me. She paid me some what of what I gave her cash. And she still owes me. I contacted her and she said she’ll give me something mind you this was back in April 2022 and nothing. I am tired of having to chase my money she said it was personal problems then she had surgery and I was very patient with her but nothing. I already file a law suit against her in court. Unprofessional and needs to be reviewed by the bureau. Takes on jobs and does not follow through in a timely manner, then argues with customers and other people in a childish manner. Save yourself now do not go to this business you will wait forever and not get your things when you need them. She only likes to make herself sound good with giving her own self a 5 star review!
This lady is very UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHE has held my Aunts couch for OVER A YEAR!! when i tried to get an understanding from her and work something out on my aunts behalf all she did was cut me off and make excuses about why the couch was not delivered. I have been waiting 15 weeks for my drapes and bedroom cornice. Again today I was to have them installed only to find out that now Cheryl is sick but doesn't have the cornice completed so she couldn't install it even if she was well. The reviews I've read praising her for speedy delivery have to be a joke when I have waited 15 weeks.
Very happy with Cheryl, she endured multiple discussions and quotes and was very helpful in finding the exact design I wanted for the right price. Installation was very quick!
