Roller Shades Installation - Commercial – Our company, E-dreamz, hired Blind Tailors to install roller shades for about 12 windows for our office. The shades themselves are beautiful, they were installed quickly and precisely, and everyone we worked with at Blind Tailors was courteous and helpful. We plan to expand our office and will be calling Blind Tailors for more shades when we do!
Awful customer service – The sales rep wouldn't answer a question about an invoice total and became rude and sarcastic before hanging up on the customer. Do not use these people if you value customer service. The discount is not worth it.
