I have done business with Peter & Co at the Blind Spot on 4 occasions over 12 years. Everytime its been outstanding!!! My blinds are still working as good as new from 12 YEARS ago!!! They installed them and the one time we needed service, Pete came out personally and fixed the problem, on the spot, for FREE!!! How many companies do you even know the owners name, much less get service from them? Not many like that around anymore. I highly recommend Pete the Blind Guy and the Blind Spot in Lombard, Il.
Second time I have used the blind spot. And could not be happier with my new blinds. Pete the owner has come to my home twice and had what I was looking for in blinds. Very good installer was sent to my home and did fantastic job!!! I have recommended the blind spot to many of my friends and they tell me thank you for telling them about the blind spot. If I need more window coverings you know you got my biz!!!
Peter is rude when a complaint is made he wants to say it is someone else fault. My Mother was a Loyal Customer and bought blinds and such over the years. I made a complaint Yes I left a rude message but the rod she was sold never held the blinds correctls from the get go. Repairmen were out twice since 7/10 it is only 1/3/12. there should not be 5 slats being not able to hang when the rod is only opened and closed one time a day.
