Tech James Perry came out to address an issue with a leaking faucet. When we told him we're thinking of changing tub surround he quoted price for new mixing valve but instead if installing said he'd wait to see if we went through with the new remodeling and let that company fix the issue. He could have insisted on changing valve himself but didn't want us to ' waste' our money. Greatly appreciated! We did schedule another issue with him for a new tankless heater that needs replacing.
