Mark Walter is a polite and extremely helpful employee of Blind&Sons. He explained everything thoroughly, talked us through what was going to be done while replacing our old water heater. He was very helpful with suggestions of another company for repairs when we discovered our floors were damaged. Mark was even super patient and kind to our six year old during the whole process.
