All hail Ben, who came to my house today and expertly replaced two sets of blinds that my normally well-behaved dog ate. In addition, another blind would not completely open. He restored that blind to its full functionality. When I first saw the damage my dog caused, I thought of replacing all the blinds in the house. This was a much better solution. I would recommend their expertise, pricing, and professionalism to anyone.

Not impressed. I brought a broken blind in ( one broken string at the basket and a missing rod) and the repair guy said he cant get a rod. Thats like towing your car to a shop with a wheel missing and being told its impossible to replace the wheel. Weird place.

If you have a problem and need service on a blind, shade or plantation shutter, give them a call or stop by.

Did an awesome job of restringing six sets of blinds. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Was very convenient to communicate with the owner via email but pricey for fixing and restringing a Roman drape that just needed to have a few strings restrung. $75 service fees for picking up and dropping off and that does not include repair. Aside from price and seems like only have a few employees and office hours, the repair itself was done well.
