Great company! Brought them a large blind with 3 separate panels on strings, and 2 of the sets of strings were broken. I gave them the go-ahead to fix all 3 if they inspected and thought the 3rd strings needed to be replaced as well. They inspected the whole thing and only replaced the 2 sets that were broken and said the 3rd set looked fine. Gotta love a company that is honest and only does work if it's needed. Blind Installation & Repair was recommended to me by a friend. Laura came out and measured quickly and helped me pick the best option for my windows at a price that fit my budget. The install was quick and easy. There was a tiny flaw in the fabric of one blinds that the installer caught as he was putting it up. This wasn't up to their standards so they ordered a replacement. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. I will be calling them again!
BIR came and fixed my cords on my blinds after my son pulled them the wrong way. They were very professional and helped me to get a cord that would not strangle my son! We love working with them!
