Blind Faith Blinds is a great company. Kirk, the owner is knowledgeable and very professional. I told him I wanted the sure fit shades but I really wanted them in a frame. He said that could be done and when he installed these I was amazed how beautiful they looked. In very pleased with my purchase.

Blind Faith Blind's overall service was o.k. Sadly, what disappointed me during their installation of the entire home's blinds, was that they refused to take down the homes old drapes / awnings. This, despite knowing of my disability and recent surgery.

I have to say I'm a little surprised by this review as any of our customers will attest, we have never refused to take down existing window treatments and happily do so at no charge.
Kirk bought samples to my house of the colors I wanted and measured all my windows. He ordered the blinds and they came in within 8 days. He came back and put them all up in about 45 minutes one evening(15 blinds). The blinds for the doors took longer to come in but were still up within two weeks of ordering. He was courteous and wore footies so as not to get my carpet dirty. Wonderful to work with. Would like to give 6 out of 5 stars.
I can't really rate this yet as only half of my order arrived. I am waiting for the blinds that were ordered the same time as the roller shades.

KIRK AND HIS ASSISTANT DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEIR RECOMMENDATION ON THE HONEY-COMB SHADE FOR THE SLIDING DOOR WAS PERFECT. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASE.
