Contacted Blinds Depot for installation of automated blinds. James (our designer) was cordial, helpful, and made great suggestions to both solve our need and ensure our existing house aesthetic was maintained - alll within budget. Our installer, Joe, came ahead of schedule (which was great), provided options on how it would be installed, and spoke to what worked well for other customers with similar setup. I cannot say enough about my new shades from Blinds Depot but the real bonus was Travis. He walked me through installation and programming my new motorized shades. He was extremely knowledgable and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. My wife and I love our new shades and highly recommend Blinds Depot to anyone looking for window treatments. A true five star experience.
We had a service visit from Blinds Depot to fix one of our shades. We are very pleased with his excellent service! When they first installed the shades in hour house, he noticed one of them was not up to their standards and he took the initiative to discuss it with his manager and ask for a replacement, without me having to ask him, I was impressed!
