very courteous on the phone, very helpful in the shop. Explained that sometimes plastic blinds are not worth cleaning and cheaper to replace. Work was done in two days as promised, got help loading and unloading into my truck. thanks loads.

Often the way that you show respect for a customers home and communicate with them, is often more vital than the service you perform. However, Blind Date delivers on both fronts! I thought the people that I talked to were friendly, but I was very disappointed in the work. I had over 17 blinds done and not one looked better. So when I brought it to their attention they told me they were stained and they could not remove stains. Why didn't they tell me this before taking them? They obviously saw them when they came to pick them up. They had no answer:( Over $600 for stained blinds.
