I am sorry to say that I didn't have the opportunity to buy their blinds. I walked in and the man told me that he doesn't go to my house and measure any more - that's OK. I had my measurements on me. Then he proceeded to give me a list of negatives about the business. Didn't think he was interested in making my blinds. So I left. Really sorry about the whole thing. I was so excited to find some place that made custom blinds.
