Blind Appeal is terrific. Not only are they prompt in responding and very professional, they guarantee their work. I had a part on a blind fail eight years after installation, and they came right out and fixed it at no charge. That’s quality service!

The blinds were not delivered within the 7-9 weeks timeframe as promised (more like 11 weeks). I had to follow-up to get the installation appointment made. When they arrived to do the installation, one of the blinds was missing (we got someone else’s blind) and had to be reordered. The salesman, Frank, said it would be no trouble to fix a broken blind (slat needed to be moved up), but didn’t tell the installer. I had shutters installed by Blind Appeal. The shutters look beautiful and are a nice quality. The employees that work there are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!
