We ordered blinds for our new home. Wes arrived promptly at the designated time. He efficiently measured all of the windows and was ready to talk options. He was knowledgeable and helped us in making decisions in our best interest. We spent a few nights in our home before the blinds we had ordered arrived. Blind installation today, I am extremely thankful and happy with the technician. He was so understanding and thoughtful about my concerns in regards to the stuff going around so when I asked if he'd wear a mask not only did he do that he went back after he was done installing and disinfected all the areas he touched, made me feel so relieved. Blind Appeal is definitely the company to go for your window treatment.
They took such good care of me. I had an issue with one of my blinds and they came right out to take a look and ordered me a brand new replacement at no cost. I love how responsive they are and their products are great quality! I highly recommend them.
We purchased Plantation Shutters this Spring and absolutely love them! Not only are they beautiful and complement the rest of our home but they are also super easy to clean! Great customer service and amazing product! Highly recommend Blind Appeal :-)
