This is my story; My daughter who is visiting from NYC and I just started a long bike ride and her chain jammed. We walked a mile back to Blimp City Bikes. I was hoping they would help me because I really wanted to ride and talk to her. They blew me away with really listening to what my problem was and then fixing it in 15 minutes flat.
