My wife and I just bought 2 Aventon E Bikes from Blimp City. Andy was very helpful. He let us test ride a few bikes and we bought them that day. I needed some add-ons for the bike and they had it ready the next day. When we came to pick up the bikes, he encouraged us to take them for another test ride to be sure we were satisfied. He then explained most of the bikes key features and adjusted them to fit. Exceptional customer service!

Broke a spoke on our last day of riding the OTET. The guys at Blimp City let us in a little bit early before opening to replace it, and they made sure it was ready to ride so we could finish. Really nice people, and it looked like they have a great selection of bikes and ebikes. Just listening to them talk on the phone to customers while we waited, I can tell that they care about getting people on bikes and do great work. Awesome service, I had a bike from another rental where the pedal had fallen off about a quarter mile into my trek down the tow path. These guys gave me the fitting to hold the pedal on correctly and it worked perfectly the rest of my path back on the tow path trail. And best part was they didnt charge me a dime. Thank you to the repair guys 😁
