Stopped by the shop recently and was “helped” by Ty. Unfortunately he was extremely condescending and seemingly not very knowledgeable. Shop seemed cool enough, but did not have a good experience.
We visit Akron with the family every year and have been to this place several times. Always helpful and prices for repairs very reasonable. They were able to fix the derailleurs on my son’s bike while we waited and I’m so grateful. Totally would understand if they were too busy with the summer schedule of a bike shop. Thank you!
Great customer service, professional and not pushy whatsoever. We test rode multiple bikes before deciding on two Aventons. Which the owner was very knowledgeable on them. Andy is the man!
Great service and always friendly. Inventory is also surprisingly good for a smaller store. I'd go here again any time
