I dealt with salesman Scott and manager Cody to purchase my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I had a trade-in vehicle and Cody was very fair in trade-in value and negotiations.I did not feel pressured at any time and Scott and Cody answered all of my questions relentlessly without frustration and they were honest and knowledgeable. Have previously posted a review it seems to be missing now… so O say again, these guys have virtually no Customer service. Had to call them 6 times over a week (while on vacation with family out of state) as they refused to process the warranty as the warranty company kept telling me it needed to be processed (via phone). Went in in person, after my father in law also went in to see what was going on with our vehicle, was blatantly ignored by 2 people (one was the service mgr).
