We just completed our closing on a 3 acre piece of property in Maryville after a smooth 30 day process with Realtor Mark Russell. Honestly, awful all around. Poor communication met with in-experienced realtors. Over priced our listing and then had a meeting with the higher ups, and were shamed into pricing it too high? Even though we were not the ones to suggest the price. It just was an awkward experience and then our realtor, Jacob Legg, was very rude when it came time to split ties and threatened us with the fact he still got commission?
