We had less than a 5 min wait to be called back once we checked in. The staff was friendly and answered questions of any concerns. Dr Dai was great. This was our first visit and Dr Dai did my daughter full cleaning and exam. I LOVE the holistic option of fluoride( I do not remember what she referred to it as.) We will need to have some dental work for my daughter so I hope to continue to have the great experience.
This is the best experience my kids have EVER had with a dentist. Dr Dai is incredibly kind and this office is incredibly kid friendly. They have toys, movies, and cool decor that appeals to children. All of the dental assistants and front office staff are communicative and very gentle. You can tell the staff love working here because they are relaxed and professional and very easy to connect with. Our 2 year olds first visit to the dentist and it was great! We were anxious about how she would do for her first time, but everyone was very friendly and our daughter always felt calm. We are not from the area, we live 6 hours away but we will be coming here from now on. They truly care about your child's health and explain everything you need to know. We need more dentist like them!
