Tool my husband there for a pedicure for his first time, the gentleman who was available asked who goes first, and when I pointed to my husband, he made a suggestion that he would rather do my feet instead. He didn't get quality service I got, little effort in the massage or lotion... Used one hand as if he was disgusted or something. My husband didn't even get a proper foot or leg massage, if the gentleman didn't want to give the pedicure the proper way then we could have just waited for the nice lady who did my pedicure! Used to love this place but last time the lady went to hard and fast on the callous removal and cut the TOP of my foot. I cried out “ow” before she finally stopped. She then proceeded to try to hide it from me but couldn’t get the bleeding to stop. Had to put some chemical on it to make it stop and then didn’t finish the callous in that area because it was torn open. I was only given a $5 discount on my $110 bill. It’s been several days now and it is infected and red and very painful still. Not thinking $5 was fair.
