Brooke and her company Bleu & Fig catered our wedding with pear and cheese stuffed chicken, red skin potato salad, roasted veggies, focaccia bread, and a few other items. Our guests were so pleased with the food they stated it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We have been to a couple other events hosted by Bleu & Fig such as their Valentines Dinner and Mothers Day Brunch. Excellent customer service, beautiful presentation and delicious food. What more could you want from a caterer? I called Brooke 2 days before a lunch event that I needed catered. She was quick to reply with a menu and price. The staff arrived on time and set up a beautiful lunch. The doctors office that I was feeding could not have been happier with the food quality and set up (the disposable pressed palm leaf plates were a hit!)
