AVOID. Worst experience. AVOID. Upon arrival I was given a $0 balance owed sheet for service, they took my x-rays, then refused cleaning unless I paid $2,000 and told me I should have had regular dental appointments if I wanted them to clean my teeth without the charge (I've gone every 6 months my entire life with no issues). I got up and left without any cleaning. It took weeks for them to transfer the xrays to another dentist where they cleaned my teeth and confirmed nothing was wrong. Best bunch of humans working together ever.
Had X-rays taken + a cleaning! My experience was lovely. Nicholle was very friendly & helpful & did an amazing job on my polish & very efficient while taking my X-rays! Nancy did a great job keeping me informed & letting me know what steps to take next in my dental journey! & did an amazing job cleaning anything that doesn’t belong! Overall great experience 10/10
Update as of August 2023- More changes. Corporate pushing their own agenda without offering quality of service, a well trained staff, and no longer a place we want to spend our money or time at. Nancy is and has been amazing. Only reason went back. Going to the dentist is not fun for many of us, the experience from when you walk in the door to walk out should leave you feeling assured about your cleaning and your dental care.
