Great apartment and property. Document submission and lease signing was smooth and quick. I mostly worked with Bret, who was stellar! I'll update this review should anything change, but I can't even think of a negative element so far. I would recommend Blest and Bret highly.
Been living in one of their apartments for a year and half and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Super attentive and reasonable folks.
We lived at 624 West Ave for 2 years & it was great! Any time our sink clogged or something happened, Bret was quick to help us out. Would definitely recommend!!
I have rented from Blest for the last 3 years. I have nothing but good words to say! This was my first time renting, so I cannot thank them enough for making my first rental experience so positive! I cannot imagine a better company to have when looking as first time a renter. I've been a tenant of one of their homes for a couple of years now. They are kind very responsive to any big and small issues that come up with the property. Certainly doesn't feel as distant like what happens when renting from many other companies
