I am currently renting a house and have been here for 7 months now with my kids. Every part of the experience so far has been great. When I first reached out to view, there was a quick reply and great communication, and Bret was very accommodating when I wanted to view it a second time with my kids. I have had the smoothest transition into my apartment with Blest! I’m so grateful! Everyone is responsive, friendly and helpful.
Blest was nothing but kind to me over my time renting from them. Bret was extremely helpful and was always available to fix any issues at the property. The unit itself has a few quirks (&the basement needs love), but overall, it was the perfect first apartment for me. Thank you to Bret and Steve for making this a 5 star experience from start to finish!
I've been a tenant with Blest Investment Group for the past 6 months and have had a great experience! As few and far between as they may be, all maintenance requests have been addressed promptly, with Bret in particular providing quick responses and being great to work with to resolve any issues. It's very evident to me that they care about their tenants being comfortable and having a pleasant, worry-free renting experience. I would highly recommend Blest to anyone looking for a great landlord in Pittsburgh!
