I've been a tenant of one of their homes for a couple of years now. They are kind very responsive to any big and small issues that come up with the property. Certainly doesn't feel as distant like what happens when renting from many other companies
Every time I have dealt with Blest Investment Group it has been an absolute pleasure. Steve the owner has been very helpful with anything that I need. I would highly recommend renting from them.

I am currently renting a house and have been here for 7 months now with my kids. Every part of the experience so far has been great. When I first reached out to view, there was a quick reply and great communication, and Bret was very accommodating when I wanted to view it a second time with my kids.
