Our stay here was so lovely. It's such a beautiful house located in a really neat area full of historical mansions. The owners are so nice and attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. Plus, the town of Jacksonville is a hidden gem. There are lots of really cool things to do in town. We really wish we had stayed for longer than just one night!
It has taken me a few days to put my thoughts in order and prepare myself to write what I hope will be a review that will accurately and profoundly communicate how amazing our stay at Blessings on State was last weekend. Gwen and Glen are gracious and kind and made us feel comfortable, informed and welcomed from the initial making of the reservation until the morning we departed. Came into Jacksonville for our daughter's college soccer game. Really nice historical home. The hosts were very accommodating and sweet wonderful people. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend!!
Gwen, Glenn, and Iris were so wonderful. My wife planned everything with Gwen, which made us feel right at home. I only wish I had more time at this historic home away from home. Highly recommend. It was an overnight we will never forget.
