Very good doctors great care
Horrible experience with Dr Verna. Long wait times both appointments. I was put on a medication for Hyperthyroidism and experienced severe heart palpitations. I called the office 3 times and spoke to the tech and she told me she would have the Dr call me right back. I have heard back. I wound up going to the ER. I will never go back to Blessings OBGYN again.
Dont even bother. Dr Rana does not care about you or what your going through. She doesnt listen and when you try to push back and explain to her if your concerns. She has an attitude and tells you good luck. I also switched doctors. Im having a baby in 2 weeks and they refuse to send my medical records thats been requested multiple times the last 2 months and still nothing. Went in for an initial consultation , I was very impressed by the customer service delivered through the front desk which was outstanding. Dr Rana is a top notch ob/ gyn very caring , attentive and knowledgeable. Every staff at this clinic is very compassionate and , friendly. Definitely recommend this clinic.
First of all, good luck EVER getting a hold of them on the phone. Secondly, if you need your records sent anywhere expect it to take several weeks with no confirmations because their front desk staff have such poor communication skills. I will say that Dr.Rana is amazing, it's unfortunately the people who work with her there that the experience overall a relatively bad one.
