Called me 2 times at 8 am sharp on a SUNDAY because I haven’t been to their location in a year. Ridiculous. Don’t you think that could have waited until Monday?? They’re not even open on Sunday. NOW I definitely wont be back.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Rana, and I even confirmed with the office ahead of time. I have proof via their own text communication. Despite this, after waiting more than 30 minutes, I was suddenly placed with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) instead of the doctor. I specifically needed to see a board-certified MD because of the ongoing health issues I’ve been experiencing. No wonder why this office have a very bad rating. Jennifer &Michelle at front desk are Awful! Waiting is a disaster and this office are over booking to to bring Patients! Please look for a different OBGYN ! Rooms are not too clean and smells! Bathrooms as well!
Horrible experience, I went in for tests on a Wednesday and was told by the physician I should have my results in 2 days by that Friday. I tried to call all day on Friday left messages. No one ever answers the phone sent messages through the app. Never got a response. Had to call several times today till I finally selected the option to make an appointment and spoke with someone just to be told that they don’t get results until 7 to 10 days. 🤦dr rana no don't do it it's not worth your time here I went in at 1047 am my appointment was for 11 am I sat there until 1140pm in the reception Area then I was escorted to another room to wait until you show up it was 12:20 pm when the person notice I am diabetic and my sugar was low.
