Musa's company initially seemed reliable, but we soon encountered several issues. One problem was that they were inflating the project estimates - Tiffany, the secretary, would add extra square footage so they could charge more, making the estimates vague and misleading. The quality of their work was also disappointing. For the water-based flooring, we had to pay for an extra coat just to get a smooth finish, and even then, the sealant started peeling off in spots shortly after.
