This is such a warm and inviting place. As soon as I walked in the door I was treated with such a genuine welcoming atmosphere. I met all the family and they were so attentive and kind. I didn't feel rushed and I honestly felt heard.
I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everyone was patient, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The environment was clean and organized, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff was to my questions and concerns. Overall, the experience was smooth and positive, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!
They are very nice and helpful at the registration desk. However they did not offer me a patient portal access, after care summary or text message alerts. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon when the office was supposed to be open at 1 pm and no one was there. I have to schedule around my home clinic because it is so far so this really inconvenienced me.
