Went in and explained to them I have been exposed to blsck mold for months, have a mold allergy, and have been sick eirh respiratory issues for a month a d they tested me for strep and didnt want to do anything further. I even asked them why not since I explained to them my symptoms and the fact I THREW UP BLOOD before coming in. I ended up leaving with a negative strep test. I took my daughter over there to be seen for vomiting. Was sent to the ER because “she didn’t meet their criteria.” Just to sit in the ER for about 3hrs to be told she has a GI bug. Which was obvious, just needed some nausea medication to make sure she didn’t get dehydrated. If a provider doesn’t think they can treat a GI bug, then maybe they shouldn’t be a provider.
2 stars because the nurse was great and it wasn’t her fault. She sympathized. But the RN provider actually serving as the care provider for me, not so much. Behrens. Wouldn’t order a lab and was fairly rude about my asking. To an extent I understand not ordering it, but the delivery matters when you meet the patient. Ok, this is the second time in a year I came for help with Covid. Both times I left without getting any treatment at all. This time I tried arguing and showed that I tested positive for covid the same day, but NOTHING!. No help. It's a weekend so I'm not able to get any medication that I need to help. I've always gave Blessing Hospital 5 stars over the years. Not this time.
Went to clinic had been sick for a week. Was told time will fix. Was upset they didn’t treat so went straight to QMG and they treated me for severe sinus infection! The sad thing is Blessing is in my network but I would rather pay $200 out of pocket for QMG. Kelly Rife was no help I remember why I quit going to Blessing walk in years ago! I will not go back. Kelly was rude and does not care about the patient. She needs a new career!
