My little sister who is a CNA had a fall at work and needed medical attention she arrived around 10pm on one of their less busier days. Was greeted by a woman named Adrian in the er department who had an nasty attitude immediately for no reason whatsoever but she works in the medical field as well and did her best to be understanding about the situation. My Mom was admitted to hospital August 13 thur 19th very disappointed in the services she got.
Dr. James Vandenberg provided an absolutely unacceptable level of care. I came to the ER in severe pain and vomiting uncontrollably, yet I felt completely dismissed and not taken seriously. I was sent home, only to be diagnosed the very next day with ovarian torsion and undergo emergency surgery to remove my ovary after it lost its blood supply. In my opinion, Dr. Vandenberg showed extremely poor judgment, compassion, and patient care. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking emergency medical care.
They treated my step-dad real bad and he came their septic and they kicked him out of the hospital
