Be careful with Dr. Hough if he tries to give you a fentanyl prescription when you tell him you’re not in pain. You should also keep a close eye on your bill. I left a message for the financial office but haven’t received a call back. They sent me an original bill by email but later increased it after I filed a grievance with risk management. I’ve also had several of my questions to risk management and the patient advocate go unanswered. Even if it’s a little further, you’re better off driving to another ER than going here. ... read more

Went to visit a sick family member and this was the first time I had ever come to this facility as a visitor. Therefore, I did not know the policy on what was required for admittance. I did not have my ID on my person at the time and was met with open frustration and clear signs of irritation from the staff at the registration desk. I would not taking a dying loved one to this hospital. Staff stink, some bad phlebotomists, appointments for the sake of appointments (if you have private insurance!). I know people that work in this hospital and they dont want their loved ones receiving care here. Do better. Edit: Their billing department is HORRIBLE to work with. You will INCONVENIENCE them by simple things like wanting RECEIPTS.
