Ms.Anita, the owner, is very rude and unprofessional, completely lacking communication skills and choosing to argue instead of listening to parents’ concerns. She originally gave me a 7:00 AM pickup time but repeatedly showed up around 6:15 AM, causing my daughter to miss the bus. I addressed the issue, and assumed everything was fine. A few weeks later I tried to contact her to make new pick up arrangements for my daughter, because she charged you whether your kid rides the bus or not, she ignored my calls for a week and ev... read more
Terrible driving. I personally saw a kid transport van drive on the wrong side of the road, then into someone’s front yard to cut across to a side street instead of waiting 60 second. I would never let my child ride in one of those death traps!
