Do not use Blessing!! (1) AC service call - tech tries to hard-sell an unnecessary multi-year service contract. Offensively bad breath to boot! (2) HVAC service call - tech diagnosed thermostat as faulty and quoted $400 on top of charge for coming out. Fortunately I declined the aervice and then self-diagnosed the problem as a dead battery in the thermostat, thereby saving myself $398 due to a flawed guess by a "certified technician." (3) service call - tech never showed up for appointment with no explanation given or apolog... read more
