Horrible treatment.
The staff is great. Sanchez tried to get medicine. I had a stroke Dec 2023. My information I read about the brain. Our brain is made by emotions, neurotransmitters make the brain to use memories and how the brain do things. Dec 2024 I talked to counselor Josh Carlson. I talked pretty 100% all time. But I'm empty now talked out frustration. Lol. Having Aphasia Auditory/read/write/speaking from stroke causes frustration because I can't find words alot to thinks. Like a 1 child starting to learn. GPS takes you to the hospital. I drove around looking for the East building for about 15 minutes and finally called the office of where my appt was at. I told them I have an appt at 1:30 but couldn’t find the building. By the time I got to the office I was 14 minutes and they refused to see me. Why didn’t the nurse tell me I would have to reschedule when I was on the phone with her? 🙄
