My elderly parents sent us an anniversary arrangement through 1800 flowers that was fulfilled through a “local florist.” That turned out to be Blessing and Blooms. The roses were already falling apart when they were handed to me at the door. Next day, all four roses are losing their petals at an alarming rate, and the other flowers are showing that they were bruised.
