She is such a sweet person and made the whole appointment so comfortable. She let me watch my own Netflix shows and was very gentle throughout — no pain at all. She did exactly the style I wanted and took her time instead of rushing. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I’m really happy with my hair and would definitely come back!

My first time getting my hair done with her and she did amazing. I got knotless box braids that only took five hours. She was so sweet and nice I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their hair done and I myself would be going back again.

I’ve tried a few braiders in Iowa City, but Rouky is truly one of a kind. She’s amazing with hair emergencies, makes sure you get exactly what you want, and always puts in that extra effort to perfect every style. Her clients stay loyal for a reason. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten my hair done more than 3 times, because she knows how to do her hair and each time people asked me the question who did your hair. She makes sure you get what you want. if you send her the picture of what you want and she will make you the same hairstyle. She is a person kind and adorable. I highly recommend you to anyone who wants their hair to look perfect.
