I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!! I failed to look at these horrible reviews before booking. I made a 5:30 a.m. appointment for simple loc sprinkles online. I called asking for clearer directions and was met with rudeness saying "I sent you this already" instead of just helping me. Once I found the door, I was greeted with "I run a tight ship with time". She spent 5 minutes trying to show me the door code, instead of starting. All while still telling me she didnt have time, I should have made a consultation and sh... read more
Horrible person, only speaks through text and won't book an appointment when asked. Unnecessarily oppositional and won't refund upon request. Avoid this place.

She told me to cancel within15 minutes and kept my deposit of approximately $53. Never spoke over the phone only by text. No good person would intentionally mislead an individual to purposely take their money.
