I was in the hospital and made sure they were aware of it. I got out and never heard from them to ask about continuing service. No phone call, nothing. I am sure they would say that I should have told them I was out but my friend was in at the same time and they contacted her to see when she was out to continue her service so that wasn't the reason. Not dependable at all.
Not a good company for home health especially if you’re bed ridden. They send out people who are not equipped with simple house cleaning or bed bound patients.
The owner is a great woman; saved my life over and over again. I have great appreciation for her team.
ALL AROUND BS.... EUNICE WRONGFULLY TERMINATED ME LAST YEAR IN JUNE... THIS LADY THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY AND TRIED TO LIE ON ME TALKING ABOUT I WASN'T FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES, BUT THE UNEMPLOYMENT PEOPLE CAUGHT HER IN THAT LIE AND SHE HAD TO PAY ME, THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SORRY, AND DISHONEST. AIN'T NONE OF THEM PEOPLE QUALIFIED TO TAKE CARE OF ANYONE. BUT EUNICE DON'T CARE AS LONG AS SHE'S GETS PAID... EUNICE PRETENDS TO CARE AND WILL TALK ABOUT OTHER EMPLOYEES AND THE CLIENTS WITH YOU... I wouldn't recommend because they never have good caregivers and her company is not organized
