Called and made an appointment last week. She asked me to text to confirm my appointment which I did. Yesterday I waited 30 min and she didn't show up or answer her phone! No reply or excuse for not coming! I was 10 min early. Wasted my gas and time!! Unfortunately it is so hard to find a good and dependable stylist.
While I did not have my hair done at this beautiful salon, I did frantically race through the front door last Friday afternoon begging to use the bathroom. I can only imagine what Renada and her clients thought when a crazy woman came barging in pleading for the restroom. She never missed a beat, and ushered me to the facilities.
