Everything WAS great speaking and being serviced by keondra, who is a facilitator. That all changed after meeting the director MS DABNEY she had an issue with me calling reaching out to the facilitator about a problem I had trouble with getting under control with my father’s case. Worse company ever!
I understand why this company review is average at 2. Hopefully I will be able to provide a better rating or provide more details on my experience in even deciding to move forward with this company. I’m really not impressed with the staff customer service at this time but we’ll see.
If I could give negative zero stars I would. Don’t even waste your time with this company. Staff is rude and unprofessional
