These people are lazy. The people going out to the houses has no real knowledge of the process. The don’t not call and check on you. You have to be ugly to get stuff done. I have been trying to be a caregiver and I have been in the process for over two months and it’s been a nightmare. I would not recommend them and will change once I am clear to work. Everything WAS great speaking and being serviced by keondra, who is a facilitator. That all changed after meeting the director MS DABNEY she had an issue with me calling reaching out to the facilitator about a problem I had trouble with getting under control with my father’s case. Worse company ever!
I understand why this company review is average at 2. Hopefully I will be able to provide a better rating or provide more details on my experience in even deciding to move forward with this company. I’m really not impressed with the staff customer service at this time but we’ll see.
