Went into store and placed my order. Lady wrote all the specifics down on a piece of paper. Three weeks later I get an email saying they cant do my cake. Then I get called saying they cannot do my cake because she will be out of town and can't do fondant. As instructed on the initial order I said NO fondant. She apologized and she she was unaware if the cake and its details but would have it ready. I even left a invite so they could design the cake to the invite. your service was not up to standards. I had purchased a cupcake set with a small cake, and they promised me writing on the cake, it did not happen, they promised to decorate the cupcake stand with my theme, it did not happen, and they promised me colors, they did not deliver. The cupcakes were dry like they were pre made and frozen, and they use box cake mix. I am so dissapointed.
