This is the best Barber shop in Alaska! I get a haircut/trim about every 2 weeks and they are awesome! Joel the owner is the best fade Artist in Alaska! It's a super busy place so make sure to call a head to get an appointment with someone! Or you will wait over half an hour! Because everyone loves Blessed Barber Shop! The only complaint is it's $45 for a haircut.
I drive all the way from mile marker 10.5 on the KGB all the way to Anchorage just to get haircuts at Blessed Barber. That in itself tells you this place is better than any of the barbershops in the valley. While it may take over an hour to get there, I don't have to book an appointment online, through apps, nor do I have an hour and half wait time. With multiple chairs and barbers, service is prompt. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them! I was nervous my son wouldn’t sit still enough. The staff is kind, patient, and QUICK! My son wanted to look like his dad whose away with the army right now, when he was done and got to see himself, oh the smile in his face when he said “I LOOK LIKE DADDY!”. So grateful for this guy who did such an amazing job! It was so cute seeing my three year old getting a “big boy experience” at the barber shop

Special thanks to Bunna - he did a great job on the haircut for my son! Also, what a fantastic facility! Scheduling was easy, I especially appreciate the late hours that are available! The staff answering the phone did a nice job finding the right barber to cut my son’s hair!
