i bought TRANE HVAC on July 14th 2014 and last week July 1st 2016 suddenly my outside unit fan stopped running so i called them to fix the problem as it has 10 years parts warranty,so they gave me appointment for July 8th but nobody show up.& when we called them they said we can't give perfect timing to fix the problem.it's really very bad experience for me in just two years of installation of new HVAC. when you call them you need to select option so if you select for new product buying they will pick up the phone & in other... read more

We used this company in June 2015. Originally we thought it would be a great company to work with. Not so much! It took 4 trips out here to get it right. They didn't change drain lines correctly so we ended up with 2 leaks into our bedroom ceiling. It had to be painted and repaired TWICE. The people working for this company are incompetent. My husband had to almost threaten legal action to get everything to a decent working order. Fast forward a year and we call for a yearly service to be done. Horrid!!! These people have no idea how to install ac or heat. They installed our unit and it does not work. Like the other reviewer, the drain lines were installed incorrectly and has since damaged our ceiling and hallway. The drain pan was installed unevenly and cannot even drain because the drain pipe is located on the side that is higher than the other. We have called and called. We finally got a scheduled appointment and then received a call an hour before that the tech was sick. No one has ever called us back. When I c... read more

I had an air condition installed by Blessed Air and Heat on July 7, 2015. The installation went okay. (After the techs finished , I pointed out to Anthony that the techs left their lighter inside my brand new installation.) Fast forward, I gave Todd my cross space keys to go under my home during the installation. The tech left my home after installation without giving me my keys back. When my a/c unit broke down this last spring, my landlord hired Blessed to install a new unit. The technicians were unprofessional, inexperienced, and unknowlegable. (I doubt they held any sort of professional certifications/licenses) They sexually harassed my roommate and I (one of them, STILL calls me, six months later, asking me out, after stealing my phone number from their account records) They left trash/tools in the attic; there was exposed wirework everywhere, and just shoddy electrical work in general.
