Called on Friday to schedule Senegalese twists for Saturday and when I came in, the woman (who the other stylists call “grandma”) was upset that she had to do my hair. She said Senegalese twists are hard to do and she doesn’t feel like doing them. I guess she wasn’t told that’s the style I wanted even though I called ahead. The store was clean & tidy. The staff answered my questions& shown me all the products that I needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I still shop there regularly, I get my wig supplies there.
