Extremely disappointed! My son wanted a specific style done to his hair. We walked in just to inquire about a style and pricing. The stylist in the first chair to the left greeted us, an older woman. I showed her a picture of what my son wanted, she then asked to see his hair. She said she could do the style and told us to come back at a specific time later that day and also quoted me a price. Called and text the owner for a style that my son wanted. She said she wouldn't be there but one of her stylist would be able to do his hair same day. This wasn't our first time there so we were happy to have a same day appt. It looked nothing like the picture we provided, reached out to the owner and no response. Sadly that will be our last visit.

They put nasty instruments in my hair and was not very professional. At all, I had to get my money back. They used dirty things in my hair.

I've been going to this hair shop for maybe about 5 years living in a up North Area there are not many African-American shops but this place definitely is where you would like to be if you need your hair braided they are neat professional and very much accommodating their prices are very much reasonable and most importantly you would be like one of the family members once you leave here check this place out this is the only place I go now
