Nice ppl and they want to make sure the price of fixing my mom sewing machine was accurate. They did told us that it will take awhile to repair cuz the amount sewing machine they have. We were fine and they make sure that we have all the items we beed for the machine. They have frabics in the store and sewing machine.
I had a great experience here! I’m a total beginner at sewing and I managed to mess up the needle holder on my machine. I got my machine back within two weeks and for a great price! He also took time to get to know me when initially looking at my machine. I will be bringing my machine back here in the future if I have any more issues.
My sewing machine was fixed for a very reasonable price.
Took a serger in for repair I knew had issues and had been repaired elsewhere. Other repair shop told me couldn’t repair it back to where it was. This place had it for 7 weeks (called three times, no reply). He did fix it the day he realized it had been a long time. I paid for repair - however it’s not fixed. Worse than when I took it in.
