In the sales office for Bayberry South, Carmen and Sandra were extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase in Bayberry South. Their genuine care and support through out the purchasing process made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process. The builder did a good job. The house was not as clean as you would expect a new build. Small items needed to be adjusted around the house, and the builder did send someone to address. Building this house was unbelievably easier than building the previous 4 new houses we have had. It started with the warm welcome from Tammy Quiroz in the sales office, and everyone with whom we have had contact from Blenheim has been great. Problems (which have been minor) are fixed immediately by pleasant and competent workers. We are very happy we chose Parks Edge at Bayberry for our retirement years.
