Very very Poor after sales service and warranty policy ! Very hard to find whom to contact related to warranty service.. They might be good for selling homes but in context of service, warranty & customer service don't have any process/policy defined..
I'Il let the pictures of my bathroom and laundry transitions speak for themselves. I listed the lack of craftsmanship on my initial walk-through and it’s been almost 2 years. They came to "fix" them and the guy just looked at them and shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing he can do, so l guess I'm just stuck looking at them like that for the rest of my life. A third grader could've done a better job, in my opinion. Shout out to Justin the salesman in Bayberry South in Middletown though. That guy is an absolute rock... read more
