Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long while. They sent me damaged shoes, and when they didn’t fit my child, they said that I was returning them in Warren condition. They refuse to allow me to speak to anyone over the phone, and instead send curt emails with no solution other than blaming me. I was very much looking forward to supporting a black owned business, but I wouldn’t use this company if someone paid me.
I purchased tights for my daughter who attends a fine arts program at school. T where was a wide variety of shades for her skin color which is difficult to find elsewhere. She has dance EVERY weekday. One pair of tights lasted the entire year. I bought her an extra pair for performances as well. The shipping was surprisingly fast. I would highly recommend this company.
Blendz is my first and now at this point “only” Go - To for all things Dance Attire for my Beautiful Brown Ballerina. The tights and Jazz Shoes match perfectly and the quality is also another great attribute that I’ve been able to find in Blendz products since 2022. This store is so needed in the black community. I purchased from this establishment several times for my daughters dance tights and shoes. She is dark skinned and the tights fit her complexion to the T. I am satisfied with their quick shipping and consistent quality.
