Oscar cut my hair and did a wonderful job. Very personable and knowledgeable of Wichita. His barbershop was super clean. If I lived here, he would be my barber. I’m visiting from Jacksonville Beach and he made it very friendly to get a haircut. thanks, Oscar for being a great professional
