I've had ridiculous experiences with the new management company, who took over one month after my move in date. They maintenence guy had never been in any of the apartments, couldn't fix my broken door lock on 3 visits, cheap blinds breaking left and right, 9 foot ceiling smoke detector chirping then the fire place constantly setting it off, no heat in December on a frigid weekend - no immediate return calls for help, no after hours number or contact, like seriously you name it and I feel like I've dealt with it.
