As a thriller and romance author, I like to escape from being in front of the computer and Blend is a great place to do it. They offer healthy options for meal replacements when I need something different. Samantha and Jacob run The Blend smoothie shop right by the UPS Store in Southgate Plaza off Bryden Ave. The interior is upbeat and inviting, and there’s always someone there to greet you.
