Got there 10 minutes early and left 3 minutes after my appointment. No haircut. Nobody acknowledged me.
I had my first appointment earlier this week with Matt and I had a terrific experience. He read the notes I made prior to the appointment, explained what he was seeing, made recommendations, then followed up with an amazing cut. We discussed a maintenance plan and I'll definitely be going to him from now on.
Blake Martin showed me what it’s supposed to be like. Perfect first impression of Blend. Space is bright, modern, and welcoming. Blake was polite, asked about and listened to what I had in mind for my cut. He gave me his plan to make sure we were on the same page before starting. After wash/rinse he carried on friendly conversation while he gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. Wanna look your best? Do you know what your best even looks like? Make the appointment.
