Bleeker's Boxes is running a bait and switch operation! I got 4 - 40 yard haul off dumpster so I could throw away a small wooden house and 2 wooden sheds. BB has a policy of filling them to 4 tons without an extra fee. The problem is that you can never fill the boxes with regular waste like a wooden shed or a wooden house without going over 4 tons.
