From my post on Yelp! � This just might have been the best pizza I have ever had! It was my last day in Manhattan during lunch. I still needed to make my way to NYC's "best pizza". It was good. I think the hype of TV of celebrity appearance is moving the dial. It is the environment of walk in, order and find a seat out of the 6 available. Ready slices are a bit cooked and then reheated. Cheese is good quality, sauce is tasty. It's just not an exterior dining, but rather a check list of been there, done that.
Visiting from Australia and have never seen anything like Nonna's slice. That was all time, one of my highlights of New York. And to top it off one of the founders comes out for a chat and a solid fist bump. Great experience and even better tasting pizza! You haven't experienced New York if you haven't been to Bleecker Street Pizza. See you again soon, Cheers.
I always have to stop here when I'm in NYC! The crust is perfectly crispy, delicious sauce and a total bargain.
